This paper discusses the design considerations for kiosk systems, which are terminals delivering information and services to the public. The goal is to make the kiosks noticeable, intuitive, and inclusive for users with different skill levels and abilities. The systems should be self-explanatory, efficient in providing information or services, and capable of handling user errors.
