This Circuit can be used to measure the resistance parameter and activate 3 3 Level output. As an example, one can use this circuit to measure the Soil Moisture Level, Light Intensity or Temperature Level in 3 levels like Low, Medium & High. All this is without using any expensive Micro-Controllers like Arduino.
This is a simple, standalone circuit that can measure input resistance level in 3 Steps and generate output in the for of 3 LEDs and also activating a relay for each output, Viz; Low Level, Medium Level and High Level. This 3 Level Comparator is designed around popular op-amp IC LM 324, Opto-Couplers and 3 Relays.
