3 – 30V Variable Power Supply using IC 317 Projects For Final Year Engineering Students

This simple variable Power Supply provides a continues Voltage values from 3 Volts to 30 Volts DC, from an input voltage of 35V. You may connect a 12 – 0 – 12 or 0 – 12V AC transformer.
This circuit delivers 1 Amp current between 3 to 30 VDC, however, with larger heatsink & cooling, current can be slightly increased. This is a very simple and useful circuit for all electronics experiments and labs, where variable DC source is required.
